The use of Roses in Cuisine

Roses, the symbol of love, eternal beauty, and also has many uses in cuisine.

Rose water is a product distilled from fresh rose petals (have removed the original white petals) and brake in boiling water. Water thoroughly after filtering with warm scents can be used to make fragrant sweet dishes. Rose flowers and grapefruit are the much used in oriental cuisine, especially with cakes, jelly, cream, jam and savory poultry.


During the dinner party, if you know how, you can surprise your friends when invited to a drink from the water rose, cinnamon, wine and coriander seeds are soaked prior 2 weeks. Drinks may be useful in supporting good digestive. It is also used to appease headaches when soaked towel and apply on the forehead.
